76a Candies are the softest of the bunch and are very popular for drift-intensive downhill and freeriding. The softer urethane deforms more while carving or cornering, providing a smoother, more controlled transition from grip to drift. Perfect for spending some quality sideways-time with your favorite hill.

Centerset and completely symmetrical, Candies combine a performance-driven shape with a long lasting urethane to make the ultimate do-it-all wheel.
When they're fresh, Candies have a ton of grip, fast roll-speed and a smooth, controlled drift, (especially in lower duros) making them a great wheel for technical downhill and racing. After a thorough break-in, Candies really start to shine as a freeride wheel, providing a smooth and consistent slide with unmatched durability. If you're in the market for race wheels that hold their edge 'til the end of the day, and a freeride wheel that will last you all season, GetSomeNersh Candies!
Softer duros of the Candies will tend to drift more smoothly and with more control. Harder duros will tend to roll faster and hold a firmer, more responsive edge while gripping corners. Consequently, the drift on the harder duros can be a bit more difficult to control, but they more than make up for it with their quick acceleration, roll speed and balls-out grip. Nersh offers a wide array of durometer options in order to tune your board to perform the way you would like it to. If you have any questions about Nersh wheels or which wheel/duro is best for you, send an email to Wippermann@getsomenersh.com and we'll get you sorted out!
